Boltless shelving is popular in warehouses, workshops and stores because it assembles without bolts or special tools. Photos can show the finished rack, but they do not show how the parts actually go together. Here is real assembly footage from our factory in Guangde.
Our showroom is in Yiwu, where buyers can see assembled samples in person before ordering.

Boltless uprights are punched with keyhole-shaped slots. Beams and shelf supports carry connector tabs that press into these slots and lock in place. A small hammer tap seats the connection. No bolts, no welding, and the rack can be adjusted or taken down and rebuilt elsewhere.

These checks take minutes and prevent most common problems in daily use.
The finish matters as much as the fit. Our beams go through forming and powder coating before assembly, which protects the surface during handling and daily loading.

Our boltless shelving range covers light duty use from 150 kg per level and medium duty use from 500 kg per level, with adjustable shelf heights. For pallet loads above that, our heavy duty pallet racking covers higher load classes up to 5000 kg per level (5 tons per level).
Tell us what you plan to store, the item weights and the available space, and we will suggest a suitable shelving or racking range. You are also welcome to visit our showroom in Yiwu to see the samples.
