Inside the Huijian Factory: Laser Cutting, Punching and Steel Processing for Warehouse Racking

When buyers compare warehouse racking suppliers, product photos often look similar. What makes the real difference is what happens inside the factory: how the steel is cut, punched and handled before it becomes beams, uprights and shelves. Here is a look inside our factory in Guangde, Anhui, where we process steel for pallet racking, drive-in racking, mezzanine systems and other warehouse storage products.

Raw material handling

Production starts with steel coils. An overhead crane moves coils through the workshop and feeds the cutting and forming lines. Controlled material handling keeps production moving and reduces damage to raw steel.

Laser cutting

Laser cutting machines cut steel sheets and profiles to size. Laser cutting gives clean edges and consistent dimensions, which matters for the fit between beams, uprights and connectors.

CNC punching

CNC punching machines produce the holes and slots used for beam connectors and shelf supports. Accurate, repeatable punching helps every component fit correctly during assembly on site.

Component finishing

After cutting and punching, beam ends and other components are ground and finished before surface treatment and powder coating. This step keeps connection points clean and ready for assembly.
