German Customer Visits Huijian Factory to Review Rack Production and Samples

A German customer recently visited Huijian to see how rack components are produced and to discuss a potential storage project. The visit combined a walk through production areas, a closer look at components and a review of sample racking structures.

The customer observed production equipment and listened to explanations of how components are formed and handled. Seeing the work in person gave them an opportunity to ask about the steps that influence a rack's structure, rather than judging a product only by its catalog photograph.

Reviewing Components and Production Details

They reviewed beams, frame components and other parts, looking at how the pieces fit together. This kind of close inspection helps buyers understand the available configurations and the questions worth asking before placing an order. Final structural ratings are still confirmed for the actual rack design and project conditions, not from a factory visit alone.

Examining the Sample Room

The customer also examined sample pallet racks, including upright frames, beams, diagonal bracing and deck arrangements. These samples made the discussion more concrete, especially when talking about pallet sizes, load distribution, handling equipment and the space available in a warehouse.

Turning the Visit into a Practical Project Discussion

The conversation then moved to the information needed for a suitable configuration: product dimensions and weights, quantities, warehouse layout, forklift type and aisle requirements.
