Anhui Huijian Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. recently welcomed a delegation of representatives from a German warehousing and logistics solutions company for a comprehensive on-site inspection of its production facilities in Guangde, Anhui Province. Over the course of the visit, the guests toured the workshop production process, examined manufacturing details up close, visited the company's sample room, and held in-depth discussions on future cooperation — gaining a thorough understanding of Huijian's strength as a warehouse shelving manufacturer.

Located at No. 2 Taoyuan Road, Guangde Economic Development Zone, Anhui Province, Huijian operates a 1,500-square-meter R&D center and 58,000 square meters of proprietary factory space, with six advanced production lines and an annual production capacity of 180,000 sets of intelligent warehouse shelving. With Guangde as its integrated base for R&D, production, and sales, the company has built a business network covering East China and extending nationwide.

Touring the Workshop Production Process

The German delegation was first led through Huijian's manufacturing workshops, where they followed the complete production process from start to finish — from raw material cutting and precision stamping to roll-forming, welding, surface treatment, and final assembly. Walking the production floor gave the visitors a direct, firsthand view of how the company's six production lines operate in coordination to achieve an annual output of 180,000 sets of intelligent warehouse shelving, and helped them understand the overall workflow and organization behind large-scale, standardized production.

Inspecting Production Craft Details

Beyond the general workflow, the delegation paid close attention to the finer craftsmanship details that determine product quality and durability. They examined aspects such as steel plate thickness and consistency, weld seam strength and uniformity, powder-coating adhesion and finish, and the precision of hole-punching and assembly tolerances. Huijian's engineers explained the process controls and inspection checkpoints applied at each stage, addressing the German guests' technical questions about load-bearing performance, corrosion resistance, and dimensional accuracy — details of particular importance for meeting European quality expectations.

Visiting the Sample Room

The delegation then visited Huijian's sample room, where a range of finished shelving products and structural components were on display. This gave the visitors an opportunity to directly inspect and handle actual products, compare different shelving types and configurations, and assess surface finish, structural design, and overall build quality at close range. The sample room visit also served as a practical reference point for discussing which existing models could be adapted, or which new designs might be developed, to suit the German market's specific requirements.

Discussing Cooperation

Following the workshop and sample room tour, both sides sat down for a detailed discussion on potential cooperation. Topics covered included product customization options, technical specifications and certification requirements for the European market, order volumes and production lead times, packaging and shipping arrangements, and after-sales support. The German delegation spoke positively about the transparency of the production process and the quality of the craftsmanship they had observed, and expressed clear interest in moving forward with further cooperation.

Huijian's management reaffirmed the company's commitment to supporting international clients with the same standards of quality and service applied to its domestic business, and both parties agreed to stay in close contact to advance the partnership toward a formal agreement.
